[Blueprint] Customized Sales Funnel Map for Your Business

I’ve found when working with clients that it’s helpful to visualize this with a funnel map.

I used to have a mastermind program that clients spent about $20k a year to be part of. One of the most popular things I would do at our meetings, was I would spend an hour drawing out client’s funnels on a big dry erase board. For most people it was a breath of fresh air and super helpful. It helps you see everything you have going on, in one view. It’s a great resource to keep on your desk and continue to evaluate on an ongoing basis.
