Hey friends, this is a 3 part message today.
PART 1
One of the best ways to get leads and convert them is by offering simple visual lead magnets.
In any program launch I’ve ever been part of, we’ve always used PDF downloads to get people into the top of the funnel. These are the easiest lead magnets to create. They typically attract the most leads, because prospects rightfully view them as an easy/quick form of content to digest, whereas things like webinars require a big time commitment.
Aside from getting leads, the more important thing they do, is to give people an easy way to digest the ideas you’re presenting.
In any campaign, it’s good to offer a variety of content that hits at different learning modalities. So you want some written content, some video content, maybe a webinar, and some PDF’s. Mind maps are often a good way to present PDF’s. Simple visual diagrams showing how a process or idea works. Different people like to engage in different ways, so offering a variety helps to reach more people.
With the current soft launch going on for my Blueprint program, I’m focusing on mostly written content and video (soon to be released).
And for today, I have a 1 page PDF of the Blueprint to share with you.
I wouldn’t really call this a lead magnet per se. It’s more of a one-pager breaking down the 4 pillars of my Blueprint.

Yesterday I got a lot of emails and the number one question was “what’s it cost.”
And so, to dispel with the mystery, drum roll….
It’s going to be just $20 a month for the early bird price. After April 19 the price will go up.
People seem to look at me sideways when they hear this, and I get that. I would expect you to be skeptical, because normally for $20 a month you don’t get shit. But stick with me please.
Here is what’s included and what my coach Tim and I will be doing with you:
masterclasses at least 2x per month diving into one of the 4 pillars
(including the topics listed on the PDF and more
and these are true trainings…not sales webinars)
an accountability program for those who want it
open office hours / hot seats / q&a’s a couple times per month
so you can pop in and ask questions as you work through things
networking opportunities with other members
special guests on niche topics that I am not an expert in
I’ll be bringing in my friends who are world class at what they do for no-pitch trainings
It sounds like a lot, but you can decide which topics are relevant for you at the time and focus on those. You don’t need to attend everything. And because it’s just $20 per month, that works.
(Soon we’ll have some spots open for 1-on-1 levels of service for people who want that, but right now those are booked up.)
How can I do this at such a low price? The deal is, this creates a solid business for me, because I can minimize my time input. I don’t want to put in many hours at this stage of my life. So a one-to-many model is a good fit. And it’s a win for my community because this model allows me to help a lot of people at a low price. It’s the lowest price I’ve ever offered for anything I’ve ever done. I’m just at a place now where I can make that work because I don’t need to maximize revenue/growth.
That’s a lot about me, but I thought I needed to say all that, since the price is ridiculously low.
What really matters to you is that I’ve developed a bunch of models for creating profitable growth. That’s what the Blueprint is about. If you apply just a fraction of what we work on together, you’re likely to create more growth and success.
I hope all that makes some sense, and that you can see how it’s a win-win. Our first masterclass is April 19.

P.S. I’m going to repeat this from yesterday. With every one of my messages, I try to include a marketing lesson even if it’s not explicitly called out. This one is a bit more promotional in nature, but I’d still recommend you save it in a file somewhere for the next time you are running a promotion. This is a practice I’ve done for years, so that when I am doing something new I have examples to go off. A lot of people see a promo message and tune it out…I often find those to be the best ones to learn from. :)
